Critical Repair Program
Preble County Habitat for Humanity carries out Habitat’s mission to build strength, stability, and self-reliance through shelter by making repairs that are critical to health, life, or safety.
Type of repairs
- Accessibility improvements such as wheelchair ramps or stair lifts
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- HVAC
- Water heater replacement
- Roof / siding
- Windows
- Safety concerns or code violations
Qualification Requirements
- The home is located in Preble County
- Owner-occupied home
- Household income must qualify for the program (please contact us for the most current income-eligibility requirements)
- Mobile homes are not eligible
Payments may be required.
